I have an old computer I use as a backup with xp on it and this device says it can speed up your old computer just like new. I ordered the product in Dec didn't receive it. Thinking it was the Christmas rush I didn't follow-up until Jan.
The tracking number showed the device was not delivered. The post office told me they had never had possession of the item on a manifest. XTRA-PC maintains it's the post office's fault and they have a disclaimer that they are not responsible for postage delivery problems.
Their customer service was very curt in the reply email that they could not do anything in spite of the postal service maintaining they had never had the package in their possession to deliver.

I spent over 90 dollars for this. Well maybe I'm stretching the truth a little but not as much as they claim. You can do more harm than good with these offers.
I will write in no uncertain words this and others are nothing more than what you can do on your own. You don't install it. You just boot from a USB-stick.
